Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
For an order containing several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that diminished value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
This exclusion applies in particular to appropriately sealed hygiene, cosmetic, and care products if they have been opened, unsealed, used, or tested after delivery. In such cases, return for reasons of health protection or hygiene is excluded where the statutory requirements are met.
