MAXI Hot Air Sterilizer

When your studio handles many instrument sets, the MICROSTOP MAXI offers room for larger batches. It takes up to nine sterilization pouches per cycle and allows flexible instrument placement.

Capacity and controls

• Up to 6 unwrapped instrument sets
• Up to 9 suitable sterilization pouches
• Horizontal or vertical loading
• Electronic controls with temperature and time display

Three sterilization programs and one drying program

• 200 °C for 30 minutes: sterilization
• 180 °C for 60 minutes: sterilization
• 160 °C for 150 minutes: sterilization
• 80 °C for 30 minutes: drying

Allow additional time for heating up and cooling down. The actual number of sets depends on instrument and pouch size and the required loading arrangement.

Use only instruments and packaging whose manufacturers approve them for the selected dry heat program. Instruments must be cleaned, disinfected and fully dried beforehand. Follow the operating instructions for loading and program selection.
